  • Payment Data: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

  • Google Analytics: To monitor and analyze web traffic and user behavior.
  • Microsoft Clarity: To capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics and heatmaps.

Call audio and transcripts are retained according to your plan level (default 30 days, premium up to 90 days). You can request deletion of your data at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

6. Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar to Instant Inquiries, we request access solely to enable automated appointment booking on your behalf. Our use of Google Calendar data is strictly limited to the following:

  • Appointment management only: We use your Google Calendar access exclusively to check availability, create, and manage appointments booked through your AI receptionist. We do not access calendar data for any other purpose.
  • No data sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google Calendar data to any third party, except as strictly necessary to operate the booking service (e.g. sending calendar invitations to your customers).
  • No advertising use: Google Calendar data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to appointment booking.
  • Revocable access: You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from Settings → Calendar. Revoking access immediately stops all calendar interactions.
  • Token security: OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are never stored in plaintext on our servers.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of data at rest and in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
