Cancellation & Refunds

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Instant Inquiries subscription at any time from your dashboard under account settings, or by contacting us at [email protected].

  • There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and call answering services will stop.

2. Refunds

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Pro-rata refunds are not available. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access for the remainder of the billing period but no partial refund will be issued.
  • We do not provide refunds for unused call minutes or features.

3. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. extended service outage caused by us, or billing errors), we may issue a credit or refund at our sole discretion. Please contact [email protected] to discuss.

4. Account Data After Cancellation

  • Call recordings and transcriptions are retained for up to 90 days after cancellation.
  • After 90 days, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
  • You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you can do so by signing in and selecting a new plan. Your previous settings may be restored if your data has not yet been deleted.
